This place was quiet and comfy, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, and the room was brand-new and well-equipped with a clean breakfast option.

Outstanding rooms on a higher level, really really nice stay!

I had very very good days staying at this non-smoking hotel. The venue was fairly clean and the location was favourable and ideal in a Business district. Location: the hotel was close to the park and fly as well as both airport.

This place is well-situated in a business area and the staff here are very accommodating, plus we loved the higher-level rooms.

The staff was very helpful, very Courteous, always polite, and friendly. The rooms were Excellent always clean well supplied with linen.

The closet was way to small I could not hang my suits in it without leaving the door opened. Had a little problem with Earl. (the staff took care of it)

Airport parking and shuttle

The shower was a large walk-in but no shelves for soap or hairproducts...had to put them on the floor of the shower. Very small vanity and no shelf for things used in getting ready.

The hotel was fairly clean and the breakfast was hot and marvelous. the rooms were neat and modern, with a king bed and sofa. - the location was good, close to Compass Group, about a 10-15 minute walk. - the hotel was in a very quiet area.

It was worth the price for the location. Close to the airport, which was the reason we were there; close to downtown and shopping areas. Very nice hotel, with clean rooms; I specially liked the layout of the room. Thank you.

They could offer more alternatives at breakfast, but it was ok.

This venue offers great-sized and well-appointed rooms at a moderate price, featuring an immaculately clean atmosphere and a good hot breakfast with delicious potatoes.

This was our first time staying at Hyatt Place Charlotte City Park. It was a very good value and the quality of stay warrants future stays. The staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and the environment was safe.

Staff was fantastic and helpful. The room was nice and the ammenties were great. For the price i would definently stay there again.

No outdoor hot tub

The rooms here were super new and had a big comfy king size bed. There's a really nice coffee shop right on-site and I loved that they had a fridge in the room. the breakfast was hot, yummy, and best of all, free! 🥐

It was located near destination and the room was very nice.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Outstanding staff, outstanding service and friendliness. Both evening staff and morning staff were wonderful, including both male and female front desk staff (Sat. evening and Sun. morning) and both shuttle drivers(Sat. Evening and Sun. Morning). We stayed Saturday, Nov. 24th. Please look up their names. We can remember Lisa, Tony, and Taffy, but not the morning staff names, although they were equally as good. Thank you for one of the best hotel experiences were have had.
